Tomorrow should have been the start of the 2020 TT motorcycle races on the Isle of Man, AKA, The Road Racing Capital of The World. I went to the grandstand this morning, the start and finish line of the 37.73 miles course, an area which would normally be buzzing with pre-race (well, the first week is for practice and qualifying laps) noise and activity, even at 8am. The only activity I saw today was a couple of joggers and someone emptying bottles into an already overflowing recycling skip.
A day early Phil…

Fabulous documentation Phil. A very bleak picture of what is usually a magnificent event with throngs of people.

Here in Charlotte NC across the pond, we have Charlotte Motor Speedway. Some very big Nascar races take place here. However, it may be that only drivers and crew will be allowed though with the loosening of the restrictions, this may be one of the places that comes back online. This is a great series that documents and drives the crisis home.

Phil,
I really love the B&W treatment of these.
