Mannifest music festival on the Isle of Man, last summer, this is the last roll of film I took. It had rained, almost none-stop, all day and the entire site had turned into a giant mud bath. By 9pm I’d consumed more than my fair share of strong cider. I was sat outside the Retina tent in a deck chair when I decided it would be a great idea to change the film in my Holga, I ended-up dropping the back of the camera into the mud. My wife found the camera back the next day, put it in the dishwasher and everything was fine. The film, this film, got thrown into the glove compartment of my van and there it stayed for 8 months…
I found the film yesterday, while I was looking for a key I’d lost. I developed the film last night, I still haven’t found the key.
